Can {{tag|historic|citywalls}} be used for walls that are solely military in nature

Hello there.
Some historical walls are not the ones that surround a city or town, but are purely military in nature.
(They can be used for evacuation in times of war, but they can also be purely military strongholds. Is there any type of wall in Western history that distinguishes between the two?)
Do you think {{tag|historic|citywalls}} or {{tag|historic|citywall}} could be used for these walls?
