I have been using OSM for many years but it wasn’t until 6 years ago when I arrived in rural France that I found a need to contribute to the maps. I am a fiddler and just (try) to fix things or add things I find.
I edit mainly direct in OSM but also with JOSM when needed.
I recently started Test Flying OSMAnd Beta and still getting my head around it and using it to tag items to fix.
When unsure of an edit I tag it for checking but have decided to join the forum so that someone doesn’t have to clean up after me and learn to get it right.
I look forward to working together.
