I need an Open Political Map

So many “Open This Map”, “Open That Map”, but no Open Political Map.

Anybody know what map I might look at where

  • Political borders are the #1 priority, guaranteed not buried in
    other features. Even 20 lane Interstate 000 can’t obliterate them.
  • As a bonus one could even switch on a color layer.
