Is the email on the listing the same as the one to log in?

I can’t access my business listing on the map. I see it but I can’t get into it. It has been a long time and I don’t remember, I do see my business name, my email and my phone number. How can I access it to update it and add more content? I’ve tried resetting my passwords with all my emails.
