Is there some tool that can take OSM data, external dataset and produce a readable report?
Not some osmchange file or diff, but something that can be shared with wider community for review.
I thought about listing of matches/failed matches. With overview maps showing location of OSM data and external data for each found match.
I have seen Conflation - OpenStreetMap Wiki but nothing seems matching to what I need.
I want to propose an import, but in format reviewable by people who are not programmers.
And my initial thought was “lets write a new tool” but I want to avoid reinventing the wheel.
