The forum has a global notice alert for days now, telling me:
I cannot dismiss the message, and it is really getting on my nerves. If these are different kinds of messages (dismissible vs. non-dismissible) I’d ask you to please only use non-dismissible messages for very important announcements that need to be sticky (e.g. downtimes). If there is only one kind of global notice, but it can be configured to be dismissible, please do so.
