MapWithAI validator in JOSM at Other level: Potential bad address

I am using the JOSM validator with the “Other” rules active. I see many of them under this category:

  • Potential bad address

However, I don’t understand the reason.

The addresses are in Colombia, and they follow a grid pattern:

  • Street name: Calle or Carrera followed by a number
    • Calle 2
    • Carrera 4
  • House number includes the close intersection followed by the number of meters from the intersection
    • 2-45
    • 5-75

An example of these addresses is: OpenStreetMap

What can be the reason for this validation? How can I notify this issue to “Map With AI”?
