Just happened to me in Manque d'attribution appropriée and Lacking proper attribution - OSM Wiki - wanted to post link to github, posting link was blocked with a message that I sadly have not recorded and all my posts become flagged and hidden.
Maybe message was misleading (it claimed that problem was github domain) but maybe actual problem was multiple links to OSM Wiki.
