Problems with hot layer

Hi guys,
thank you for your great work;
this is just a warning:
till this morning, at some zoom layers (ie 11 and 12) the hot layer renders a white tile:
eg: https://b.tile.openstreetmap.fr/hot/12/2117/1470.png

This causes issues like maps staying in this state after loading for Humanitarian Response apps:

Could you check that the tile server is set up correctly?
